Now & Forever, a CareKind LLC company, is an AI companion that offers remembrance, friendly conversation, medication and appointment reminders, and support. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: your email address and name.
• Conversations: the messages you exchange with your companion, and transcripts of voice calls.
• Personal profile: things you choose to tell your companion, such as your preferred name, interests, family and memories.
• Health and schedule information you enter: medications, dosages, times, and appointments.
• Phone numbers: the number we call for reminders, and your emergency contact's name and number.
• Payment information: subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card number.
• Voice recordings you provide if you choose to create a custom voice.

How we use it

• To provide conversations, reminders and voice calls, and to make your companion remember you.
• To send reminder calls and in-app prompts you have asked for.
• To send a text message to your emergency contact if you say something that suggests you may be in danger or need urgent help.
• To manage your subscription and free trial, and to prevent misuse.

Service providers

To run Now & Forever we share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers: AI language services to generate replies, voice and video services to speak and animate your companion, a telephony provider to place calls and send text messages, and a payment provider to process subscriptions. These providers may only use your information to deliver their service to us.

Emergency contact

If you add an emergency contact, you confirm that you have their permission to share their name and number with us. We only text them if an emergency is detected in a conversation. Now & Forever is not an emergency service. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number.

Your companion is an AI

Companions are AI characters, not real people, and do not provide medical, legal or financial advice. Replies may occasionally be inaccurate.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information while your account is active. You can edit or remove your profile, medications, appointments and emergency contact at any time in the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us using the details below and we will do so promptly.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

Children

Now & Forever is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
